Many men are amazed to learn that ejaculation and orgasm are not the same thing! They are different, separate physical responses -- even though most men experience the two together.
As I'm sure you've noticed, when women have an orgasm, they gain power and energy, and are able
continue making love. When men ejaculate, they usually lose energy
and become lethargic. Most of the time, they also lose their
erection, and are unable to continue without taking time to recover. Further, it is possible to experience such orgasms without ever achieving a full erection. Erectile Dysfunction, or ED, need not mean the end of orgasms, or sexual pleasure.
Practice is important. While you will definitely experience some benefit beginning in our very first session, you will need to follow up with some practice, either by yourself, with another partner, or (my favorite!) with me! These skills are much like exercise, or learning to play the guitar. You've got to work at it a bit, but as you do so, you'll find it becomes easier and easier. You can start right now... before we even meet! Begin by exercising your PC muscles. The pubococcygeus muscle, or PC muscle, is a hammock-like muscle, found in both sexes, which stretches from the pubic bone to the coccyx (tail bone). Exercising your PC muscles can enhance sex in general, and orgasm as well -- especially multiple orgasm. The easiest way to exercise your PC muscle is during urination. When you urinate, start the stream as normal, then clench your muscles and try to stop the stream of urine. Now relax, start to urinate again, and then try to stop it again. See how many times you can do this before you run out of urine! It's kind of fun, actually. Try to increase your personal best! I know an exercise like that seems a little silly. And some of the other exercises I'm going to give you may seem a bit odd, too. But think about this. If you take up any new hobby or pursuit, there's a challenge to it. Mountain biking, skiing, learning to write code... all of these things improve as you do them. And they are worthwhile endeavors. So imagine now that you've got a new hobby -- having really, really great sex and orgasms! Now there's a fun hobby! You can keep having sex the same old way, which certainly feels good. Or you can expand your horizons, and discover whole new realms of pleasure and sensation. If you're ready to start exploring new ways to appreciate and enjoy your personal sexuality... please drop me an email. I look forward to showing you all the amazing things your body can do!
